• Mayer Plumbing includes one year of labor warranty with a qualifying water heater replacement. Manufacturer parts and tank coverage depend on the selected model, registration, and manufacturer terms.
• Choose Mayer’s optional five-year labor warranty for $99. Ask us to include it with your replacement proposal.
• If you are dissatisfied, tell us and give Mayer a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the concern. If it remains unresolved, the written promise provides for removal of the Mayer-installed water heater and a refund of the amounts paid directly to Mayer for the heater and its installation, subject to the written terms. The original heater may not be available for reinstallation after removal.
• If the same major water heater component has more than three verified manufacturer-related mechanical failures within 24 months of the original installation, Mayer replaces that component at no additional charge, subject to the written terms. Covered parts may include a gas control, burner or ignition component, heating element, thermostat, or hybrid heat-pump control. The policy covers the qualifying component, not automatically the entire water heater. Manufacturer warranty terms and written exclusions apply.
• Ask about a water heater maintenance plan for reminders and routine service options. We will show the plan terms and price before you enroll.
• Tank and component coverage differs by model and may require registration. We confirm the selected model’s manufacturer warranty and applicable conditions before your job is finalized.
