• Tell us if you’re dissatisfied. We’ll have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the concern. If it remains unresolved, the written promise provides for removal of Mayer-installed equipment or parts and a refund of amounts paid directly to Mayer for them.
• The written terms explain that original equipment may not be available for reinstallation after removal.
• If the same major component has more than three verified manufacturer-related mechanical failures within 24 months of original installation, Mayer replaces that specific component at no additional charge, subject to the written terms.
